Ministry Leader Personal Development Retreat (PDR)
Dr. Campion and the CBA team provide a safe and supportive environment to facilitate deeper growth and healing. The CBA team will come alongside Ministry Leaders in their spiritual journey.
The PDR is designed to provide a framework for growth in areas of conflict such as marriage, burnout, relational skills, emotional difficulties such as depression & anxiety, ministry stress, addictions, and integrity issues.
The PDR is a 2½-day intensive retreat with 3 months of weekly follow-up, concluding with a final 1-day session at the end of 3 months. If appropriate, the PDR length of treatment can vary up to 64 weeks.

Assessment Battery
For 50 years, CBA has provided comprehensive psychological assessments for candidates entering the ministry. CBA has developed a ministry assessment model to identify the unique qualities and characteristics of a Ministry Leader. Ministry groups have unique needs for their leaders. Many denominations have similar needs for leaders, but there are unique qualities and characteristics of each ministry.
The assessment process provides a significant opportunity to increase the candidate’s self-awareness in areas of strengths, levels of maturity, and addressing hurts, hang-ups, and habits. Self-awareness increases his/her capacity for a successful, long-term ministry. The assessment will provide information on whether the candidate is ready at this time for ministry leadership.
